D-A-CH Meteorology Conference

The conference is organized every three years by the German Meteorological Society (DMG), the Austrian Meteorological Society (ÖGM), and the Swiss Society for Meteorology (SSM/SGM).

The DMG’s section for central Germany (Sektion Mitteldeutschland) and Leipzig University will be hosting the conference, which will take place in the university’s lecture hall building. This is located in the centre of town, about 10 minutes’ walk from Leipzig’s Main Station. This is the second time that the conference is taking place in Leipzig, the first time having been in 1998.
