A2P at SWISS and MeteoSwiss
On October 7, 20 students from different swiss universities participated in the recent A2P event.
This year's A2P event led us to the Zurich Airport and was themed "Meteorology and Aviation". Two presentations and department tours, MeteoSwiss and SWISS offered the students insights into the working world outside the academy. The students learned a lot about how the two companies deal with difficulties in forecast accuracy and risky weather conditions in order to still be able to guarantee safe flight operations. A big thank you goes to the organizers as well as to SWISS and MeteoSwiss who made this event possible.
